Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 8, 2026, Lightbridge Corporation (the “Company”) issued a letter to its shareholders addressing, among other matters, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (“DOE’s”) selection of the Company to participate in the Nuclear Energy Launch Pad INL (“Launch Pad”), the initiative administered by the DOE’s National Reactor Innovation Center at Idaho National Laboratory. A copy of the letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
