Prepaid Project Costs In 2022, the Company entered into agreements with Idaho National Laboratory (INL), in collaboration with the DOE, to support the development of Lightbridge Fuel™. The Company made advanced payments for future project work totaling $0.4 million to Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (“BEA”), DOE’s operating contractor for INL, as of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022.
