Where is Lightbridge incorporated? When was it listed on Nasdaq?

The Company traces its origins to January 8, 1992, when it was incorporated in Delaware, later changing its name to Thorium Power, Inc. ("TPI") in April 2001. On February 14, 2006, Novastar Resources Ltd. (which had been incorporated in Nevada on February 2, 1999 as Thorium Power, Ltd.) entered into an agreement to merge with TPI, completing the merger on October 6, 2006. Following the merger, the combined entity operated under the name Thorium Power, Ltd., with TPI becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary. On September 29, 2009, the Company changed its name from Thorium Power, Ltd. to Lightbridge Corporation, began focusing on developing and commercializing metallic nuclear fuels, and listed on Nasdaq under the symbol LTBR.
